MORE, REALTORS® has developed proprietary market trends reports utilizing the latest and most accurate MLS data available. Our "STL Market Trends Reports" leverage leading indicators to forecast the direction of the St. Louis real estate market before it becomes apparent. These reports feature:

Newly Accepted Contracts: Offering a glimpse into the future unavailable from any other St. Louis REALTOR® except MORE, REALTORS®—the innovators behind these reports. For each county in the St. Louis Metro Area, this report details the number of contracts accepted in the most recent week, compares this activity with the same period in the previous year, and provides an overall total and comparison for the St. Louis MSA.
New Listings: This report outlines, for each county in the St. Louis Metro Area, the number of new listings introduced to the market in the most recent week, compares this activity with the corresponding period from the previous year, and concludes with an overall total and comparison for the St. Louis MSA.

The primary report encompasses the entire St. Louis Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA). Furthermore, we offer detailed reports for all counties, cities, zip codes, school districts, and high school areas within the St. Louis Metro area. These reports also include comparisons between the previous month and the same month a year ago.
